My name is Tracy Seltzer, and I currently reside in Huntsville, Alabama. Over the years, I have experienced and accomplished many things, but today I am proud to say that I am living my best life as both a licensed realtor and a mortgage loan originator. Making the decision to wear both hats was not easy, but I felt it was necessary in order to provide my clients with a comprehensive, full-service real estate experience. Having the ability to assist homebuyers not only in finding the perfect home but also in securing mortgage pre-approval is an incredible opportunity for me.
